REDELIVERY & REFUNDS
Redelivery
- If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second delivery to be made (e.g. no one available) we will attempt to redeliver, and you will not be charged. However, a redelivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts. If we are responsible for the redelivery, this redelivery fee will not apply
Product issues
- Different products in your order may be shipped separately from various countries/regions. As a result, your order may be split into more than one parcel arrive to your delivery address at different times before your shipment is considered to be fully delivered.
- If there are still missing products after full delivery, or there are damaged or expired products, please contact us at cs@watsonsworld.com .
- We will investigate the issue and where applicable, we will process a refund to you.
Refunds
- Any refunds for orders will be processed ASAP and will be credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds are at the discretion of Watsons World and it may take up to 10 business days for a refund to show on your statement upon processing of the refund
